Help me get online!? My zipcode is 97362. Even 30kbps, or so... ?

The local phone company charges 50 dollars month for high speed internet, plus $85 dollars an hour for any phone repair work done inside the house. No offense to them, but can I get something cheaper? I'm not even that into high speed, I just want reliable service. Gutenberg.com and stuff, see?
